Update 23/09/23 - team visited again and did the treatment, no pest are seen since then.First of all don’t go by the reviews everyone has shared, they force customers to review them 5 stars on google after the service. I opted for general treatment for cockroaches and spiders. Cockroaches are still present in my kitchen after doing the treatment twice after 15 days also i can see new spider webs as well. Please don’t waste your money on them.

Had taken a two year anti-termite treatment, person who came for the treatment was in a lot of hurry and simply sprayed the termite infested furniture, when I told him about the walls, he made dinner holes and filled it with the chemical and left.That was in June 22, he has not sent the bill to date even after multiple reminders and no person has come for the 2nd or 3rd visit evenTermites were still in full flow and informed about the same but without any resolutionHad to call hi-care i complete the jobAvoid as far possiblePlain Scam
